Dr. Vishal Kundnani and Spine team will perform advanced spine surgery of poor and tribals in Mumbai in the coming months to support the vision and mission of Raahat camp.
20 Surgeons from Mumbai with a big delegation of Spine Team offered services in the largest health camp in tribal villages of Mandla, MP where 60,000 + pre-screened patients were served by 600 + doctors from country.
More than 1000 surgeries were done over 8 days by a team of doctors in 100 OT’s ( quality control supervised by National Board) in the district center and around.
4000 plus patients were evaluated and consulted by Mumbai team including 1400 spine patients (Dr. Gautam Zaveri, Dr. Vishal Kundnani & Team of 6 spine specialists) and 32 surgeries performed (14 paediatric surgery, 10 paediatric. orthos, 8 spines)
25 Patients for advanced spine surgeries (Scoliosis and Kyphosis, Listhesis), 10 Oncology and Cardiac cases listed for free surgery in Mumbai.
Dr. Vishal Kundnani, Bombay Hospital & Dr. Gautam Zaveri, Jaslok Hospital and “Smt Kaushilya Kundnani Swasthya Foundation” shall continue offering services to these patients
